1. Where are you located?

2. How can we contact you?

  • You can easily contact us either at any of our Branches or you can also fill out the form in us Contact Us page.

3. What are your opening hours?

  • With the current COVID situation, our opening hours are subject to change. Please call any of our Branches nearest you to inquire about this.

4. Does Bondwell provide Hire Purchase or Lay by options?

  • Unfortunately, we don’t.

5. What is your return policy on goods?

  • If you are not happy with your purchase or you found that the product has a factory fault, then you can return your item along with the receipt to any of our branches within 15 days of purchase.

6. I need to get my device fixed, who do I contact?

  • For this, you will need to contact our Technical Support Team by either:
    • Visiting them at their location with your device.
    • Calling them to enquire about pricing and details
    • Emailing them at helpdesk@bondwell.com.fj your enquiry along with the details of your issue

8. What is your COVID safety policy for in-store shopping?

  • To keep you and our staff safe, we require that you:
    • Wear a face mask that covers both your nose and mouth
    • Have the Care FIJI app downloaded on your phone with the Bluetooth turned on
    • Before entering the store to scan our CHECK-IN code with the Care FIJI app or write your details in our logbook (if you do not have the app installed) and sanitize your hands
    • Maintain 2 meters social distancing from others

9. What are your payment methods?

  • For our in-store payment methods, we accept EFTPOS (Debit and Credit), M-Paisa, Online Payment and Cash. On our website we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and MPaisa.

10. Do you do delivery?

  • Unfortunately, we do not. But you have the option to choose which branch to pick up your item from when you are in our checkout system. However, deliveries will be coming soon.

11. Do you do CCTV installation?

  • Yes, we do. Our team will need to come and survey the area where you need to have the installation and they will give you their recommendation as well as pricing. For more information, check out our Technical Solutions.

12. Are we allowed to see demos of your products?

  • Yes, you can visit any of our  Branches for demos.

13. Where can I get a quote?

  • For quotations, you can send your request through our online form and selecting “Quote” under the subject heading.

14. Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes we do but only on special request. You can email your request on: manager.mst@bondwell.com.fj

15. Do you have a newsletter subscription?

  • Yes, we do. If you would like to subscribe to our weekly newsletters, you can click enter your email address into the Newsletter sign up field in the website footer, or alternatively opt in to receive newsletters when you create an account, or when placing an order.

16. Is the credit card payment secure?

  • Yes, it is. We use Windcave as our VISA Card payment gateway.
