Pre-Sales Engineer – Power Solutions

In this role, you will manage customer relationships to achieve sales goals and executing sales plans to corporate clients. Other responsibilities include:

  • Manage high level critical customer base in an area which is essential to their business operations
  • Informing and educating B2B clients and customers about power supply/network back-up solutions and benefits by configuring a solution that best fits the needs of the customer
  • Selling company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts
  • Achieving sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Developing relationships with channel partners, suppliers and customers to generate client goodwill and loyalty


The individual we seek for this role must have the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing/Business Management
  • 3-5 Years’ experience within Power Distribution and/or Electrical Services
  • 3-5 Years’ experience in UPS Technology
  • Results driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and spoken
  • Ability to work within a sales team structure by sharing best practices and learning from others
  • Possess a record of past success achieving results-oriented growth objectives, exceeding revenue and profitability by driving sales.
  • Established contact and relationships with potential customers (Internal and external) as well as channel partners
  • Must have a wireman’s License
  • Business and financial savvy; Financial acumen
