Janty Bondwell Pte Limited is Fiji’s leading ITC Retailer and Solutions provider. Our company has been in business for over 25 years and the brand name Bondwell is synonym with the latest technology. We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals who can join our team as Corporate Sales Executive to be based at our Head office in Suva.
In this role, you will serve as the point of contact for B2B clients, create ITC based solutions and manage projects within client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and driving opportunities to successful closes to meet our business goals
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsible for ITC Solutions sales within key accounts and creating and selling new prospects; maintaining relationships with B2B clients.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Interaction with customers and prospects to sell solutions and pursue net new business – this includes telemarketing and other lead generation and networking methods.
- Exceed sales quota – maintain forecast, pipeline and status updates in CRM
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending manages services options.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all functional areas of the business to maximise the opportunity to drive business growth within our account base.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Business Management/Administration/ Marketing/ IT
- Proven experience minimum 2-3 years in a similar role with working knowledge of ITC Solutions
- Must have experience with CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers from individual to B2B clients.
- Extremely proficient at uncovering opportunities within an established account base as well as bringing in new business.
- Ability to develop meaningful business relationships at senior level.
- Creative ability to run own campaigns (lead generation) in coordination with marketing and call efforts.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both in presentation and written format.
